Biography:

Mutated Dr. O'Neil, or April O'Neil, as she is better known, appears in the animated Cartoon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. This version of April is no longer just a human ally to the TMNT.

She first appears transformed in the episode "The Pulverizer Returns!". Due to exposure to mutagen, April undergoes a transformation. This mutagenic alteration grants her telekinetic abilities.

While struggling to master her new powers, April learns to control and wield them to aid the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in their fight against evil.
